I found the hotel to be a well-furnished retreat amidst a very chaotic environment. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of age and could use some updates. The staff generally provided good service, and the beach area was lovely despite the disturbances from the ongoing construction nearby. However, that construction added to the overall noise and mess, making it a less-than-ideal spot for relaxation.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially after a great time in Cambodia, but it fell short in many areas. The location is marred by ongoing construction, and the beach wasn't clean. Although the rooms were tidy, the experience was hampered by poor service and limited dining options. While the staff tried hard, my overall experience was disappointing, leading me to leave earlier than planned.

I keep returning to Sokha Beach because every aspect of my stay is just so enjoyable. The staff truly stands out with their kindness and attentiveness. The facilities are impressive, especially the large fitness center and the spotless swimming pool. The beach is beautiful with clean, soft sand and refreshing waters, perfect for swimming. While I had a fantastic experience overall, there were some hiccups during check-in, and the dining options could be improved during busy periods.
